Any idea what this is. It looks like an RS302 private die proprietary
medicine Sanmetto but with no denomination. Victory replaces the denomination and "WAR SPAIN SCAR" replaces internal revenue.
weird item ?? Any value ? Thanks

Hello,

This is a trimmed version of a medicine label, commonly referred to as a facsimile.

The complete version is shown below.

If complete and in good condition, retail value is around $50.

There are about half a dozen similar varieties to this one; some are scarcer than others.
