Hello everyone!

I was just wondering what type of Franklin these stamps were. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you.

Have you heard of the stamp smarter site or the "search" function provided by SCF?

Yes. I own it. I think they might be Scott #9.

The images of the stamps are too small to see any detail at all.

The images are good enough to clearly see that they are Type IV stamps. So, Scott #9 is correct.
