Hi Elagable78, welcome to the forum. Regarding your stamp, I see that it appears to be a booklet pair and is used and was cancelled. Because the photo was taken with a cell phone or camera at a distance I cannot see any doubling as it gets too grainy when I try to view a blowup. Is it possible it is only a shift of the colors? Or can you scan the stamps and post the picture after croping.

As for certificates in Canada on B.N.A stamps vist the Vincent Graves Green Philatelic Research Foundation. They do issue certificates for Canadian material. Go to www.greenefoundation.ca

The doubling is the "cancelation" you see the edges of the doubling between the pair and at left of the second stamp....

This is what you are referring to?

What you describe as doubling is what apears to be a secont print of the dark ink, shifted up and slightly to the left. Is that what you see?

I can see a vague outline of the crown.

Give some better descriptions or better images - it will help people work out what they are seeing.

Elagable78, I took it the stamps were stuck down to the piece, not aware they were mint. So they are full gummed on the back?

As for doubling? I hope you put up an enlarged scanned image, then it will undoubtebly be clear. You keep mentioning the yellow ornaments, are they doubled?

Hi Elagabale78. To answer your original question. You can get expertization services at Vincent Graves Greene Philatelic Research Foundation http://www.greenefoundation.ca/expe...ing.htm#fees

Whether or not it's worthwhile will be your own decision to make.
