Has anyone seen this odd thing before?

Based on the crown and lion I'm guessing that it's British, but beyond that I've got no idea what it is.

Hi James,

This is the vertical gutter decoration from one of the 1981 Royal Wedding omnibus set.

The symbols include those of the Prince of Wales, the Spencer family and wedding bells.

Here are examples from the Bermuda set (from the internet):

I don't know which country or stamp your strip comes from.
