I found this stamp in a space for B2, which it isn't. But I have not been able to find it in Scott catalog or other way to identify it. Looks like it should be easy with the dates on it, but so far I've struck out. Can anyone help? Thanks! - Troy

Try to find it in 1908. Issued in a long set of 18 stamps celebrating the 60th anniversary of Kaiser Franz Jose I
That was off by two years. Issued in 1910 for the 80th birthday of said emperor. Set of 9 stamps this time
