On this I have here is Lincoln stamp, with some writing on the back that I do not understand. If anybody could tell me what this writing is. I would appreciate it. Let me know if the writing has any meaning at all. Thanks.

I'm not sure this is a stamp. It may be a gummed portrait meant to be placed in a stamp album.

The writing on the back may have been 'lifted' from the page this was originally stuck to. The letters spell out Abraham Lincoln backwards. I don't know the significance of the number 44.

44 is probably the number of the space in the sticker album it was designed for.

This is a sticker. It is one of a series of presidential portraits that were printed, I think, in the early 1960's. I remember owning some of these.

These were issued by Scott Albums I believe, to be affixed to Stamp Album Pages.
Called (contemporary) "World leaders" "Rulers of the World"
