I recently came across the stamps with the Lombardy-Venesia type of design but with the year(?) instead of denomination.

Most likely it is kind of fiscal stamps but I cannot find any references; please help.

Wipa fantasy souvenir issues. (Nice set)

"A printing press of the State Printers was set up in the exhibition to demonstrate stamp production. Several of the original Austrian stamps of 1850 were combined on a small sheet, but with the year "1881" in place of the declared value. This was then printed before the eyes of the visitors on the most diverse kinds of paper and colors, even on paper which was brought along by visitors. Today these reproductions are very much sought after by collectors."
