Not Russia proper but from the breakaway Far Eastern Republic.

In fact, the left stamp cancel is dated 1922 where this is a 1923 issue. Unfortunately, neither value is genuine - wrong typefaces and the airplane figure is wrong in different ways for both. It will probably be found that the cancels are not from cities in the Far Eastern Republic.

These stamps were on sale for only one day for a trial flight between Vladivostok and Spassk. Only 25 copies of three values were sold, the others in only slightly higher quantities.(1)July 29, 1923 for one-day air mail on the line Vladivostok - Nikolsk-Ussuriysky (now Ussuriysk) and Vladivostok - Spassk-Primorsky (now Spassk-Dalniy) stamps of an additional air mail rate were issued. On the stamps of the Russian Empire of the 17th, 20th and 21st editions and the stamps of the Omsk Government, a lithographic overprint was made with red ink on the silhouette of a biplane plane and the inscription in three lines "Vladivostok 1923 20 kop." On postage these stamps are extremely rare.(1) excerpt from Ambilive
