Cook Islands 90c Looks Like Its Supposed To Be 80c?

hello,
i have found this cook islands 90c stamp with some strange decals on it. all I can find shows this same stamp as an 80c. any thoughts?

One of five stamps issued in 30 June, 2003. The 80 cent is similar ut not the same

ahhh. nice find. Thank you. it seems that all I could find was the original 80c maybe? it looks like a re-print or something.

Not a reprint. The original stamp is Scott 1226F from year 1997, a $7 stamp with Hyblea Sanguinea written on it. Scott 1264 is the same stamp but surcharged (value changed) to 90 cents in year 2003. The obliterator over the original value is identified as Moai head. An interesting item. Thanks for posting.
