Hey all,
I am not able to find much information on this stamp. I know the basics about the Keep America Beautiful group working with the USPS about this stamp, however I don't know much else

Value, how many were printed, scott number... Any other information you can supply me that would be great.

Thanks everyone.

It is not a postage stamp, but googling it reveals that it sells for $10.00 - $12.00

Welcome to the community.
It is considered a 'Cinderella'(which is why I moved it to this forum category); a non-postal issued stamp. Similar to a Christmas Seal, was probably done to raise money for an organization.

Artist is Bob Timberlake for this conservation stamp. Buy price from Sam Houston Duck Stamp Co. (which may be outdated) is/was $10.

There's a large number of these nature conservation stamps, and they were issued by numerous countries at least into the 1990s. (Russia had two competing issuers as recently as 2004.) I have examples from the UK, Argentina, Croatia, Russia, etc. They were promoted by a couple of large duck stamp dealers, though conservation stamps outside of US duck stamps never really took off as a popular specialty.

At the time this stamp was issued, Iron Eyes Cody was still alive, and thus would not have been eligible to appear on a US postage stamp, and here's something I just found out about him, it turns out he wasn't Native American at all, but rather of Italian-American, and specifically Sicilian heritage

Yeah, he was a "Hollywood Indian". He won a lot of respect from real native groups, though, because he was an activist for positive Indian representation in film, and gave generously to charity.
