Which philatelic website has the most accurate information regarding print quantity of stamps?

For example, Scott #1953-2002 (1982 20c State Birds and Flowers), one website shows a print quantity of 666,950,000 panes and two others show 13,339,000 panes of 50. Which number is accurate for this issue?

In the 1980s and today, is this issue more or less collectible than the Scott #2286-2335 (1987 22c North American Wildlife) series.

13,339,000 x 50 = 666,950,000
