First of, thank-you in advance for any assistance anyone is able to give. I've tried searching this stamp absolutely everywhere and cannot find a single picture or any information about it. If anyone is able to help out I would be extremely appreciative. Thanx

This is not a stamp, rather, "mutilated stationery"
That is, a piece of envelope cut to remove the prepaid value.
I don't recall ever seeing the exact similar in any of my material.

I'd suggest it was produced privately, ergo, you will not find it in any catalogue.
Collect under : Australia :Mutilated Stationery.

Up above on this page press the rectangle that says search, then type in mutilated stationary in the upper preferred search that they recommended using first.

Your mileage may vary, but to me, "stationery" implies a government-issued item. I see these as privately-printed permit imprints for which the postage was paid to the post office only when the envelopes were submitted for mailing - that is, there was no prepayment of any sort which might be understood with formal "stationery". I know of no listings of these, nor will they have much monetary value - especially as cut-outs. I would title them as "permit imprints", but that may be painting with too broad a brush to encompass them all. The only one I have with any similarity to those illustrated so far:

"Permit Imprints" sounds perfect to me.
I shall adopt same.
