I am asking for help to identify this souvenir sheet and its catalog value. It is from Equatorial Guinea and appears to be a Semi-Postal Souvenir Sheet. I cannot find it anywhere in my 2009 Scott catalog. Could it be issued after 2009?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Robert

This is just from 1972, I think - perhaps one of the stamps that aren't listed in catalogues because of lack of genuine local sale/postage use.

It's 1972 issue, in a large set - see it here: https://www.stampworld.com/en/stamp...rial-Guinea/

However, I'm not sure it's catalogued in Scott, only in Michel

It is listed in Scott ( Sc# 72187 ) 1972
Japanese Railroad centenary.
Air Post

You shall need to study the numbers in particular, as yours is Air Post
and Scott appears not to differentiate
(#72187 appears to be listed as imperforate)

From Set of 21 stamps (Issued September 21st 1972 )

Nice link ! Vicaf60

Michel lists it as Block A 36, issued 21st September 1972, with a catalog value of 15 euros mint. As others mentioned, it commemorates the centenary of Japanese railroads. It's part of a set of six sheets, Blocks A 33 to A 38.
