These two stamps, or cinderellas, or otherwise, are really bugging me. Any help in identifying what, where and when these things are would be gratefully appreciated.

The first one is a cutout from a Hyderabad postal stationery card, issued 1890 to 1902.

The second stamp is probably from Spain or one of her colonies (the denomination is in pesetas). It also has a control number printed on the front. A fiscal of some type, perhaps?

In my view, the second item is a cut out of a 1876/1900 Spanish large (close to DIN A4) tax/revenue form, used to pay for gov. papers, on a very poor condition.
