Interesting dilemma.
This is a USA 634, but it clearly shows the imperfect pair side.
Can this be called a 634c or not?
Scott also doesn't list 634c as Used. (another dilemma perhaps?)

Thanks in advance for all your responses.

Chris

It looks like a single from 634d, the booklet pane. Each stamp from a booklet pane would have a straight edge on the right or left side, or possibly right or left AND bottom. The only way one could have 634c is with a horizontal pair.

You have a single from a slightly miscut booklet pane similar to the following image borrowed from eBay:

Fairly common, not much premium for your used single despite the eye catching appearance.

To be an imperf pair, there need to be two full stamps.

Yes these are quite common. Picked this up for under $5
