have been looking for info on these stamps, but never could find anything. looks to be german but don't its use.

The red and white "D" makes me think of Denmark; I think they're more inclined to speed skating than the Germans.

Your first impression didn't fool you. It should be Germany, East Germany (GDR). The logo with the winding D is from the sports club Dynamo Berlin.

André is correct. They are from the DDR.

It's not a stamp but a "Spendenmarke" from the Dynamo Sport Club. They are part of the 1975 set:

As I understand the system, a person contributes to an organization and receives a Spendenmarke in return. Some organizations even provided albums for their "stamps." The 1975 "album" is on the upper left. They have no postal use.
