Frilled-neck lizard, although the image is obviously a toy in the mailbox and not a real lizard. Note the fake teeth, my wife has had many of these over the years in her pet shop, they have teeth but not like that. These guys often take an aggressive stance but rarely bite. Nothing like dealing with a big Tegu or monitor where you count yourself lucky if you come away without spilling blood.
