Hey everyone,

Recently inherited a ton of stamps from my grandfather. I intend to probably keep them, but this one I was curious about.. I've done some digging but I think the nuances are out of my wheelhouse. Any information would be great!

Thanks!

I would have no qualms (Such a funny word! What would I do if I had a qualm? Where would I even get one? What is the number of qualms necessary? Just one, I suppose.) throwing that one away because it is very common and damaged. It's screaming, "Replace me!"
