Hi, all:
I have these four revenues that so far have me stumped. For Spain Revenues, I only have an old copy of Paulo Barata's "Spain Revenues". I've come close on these, but can't pin them down.

Top left has "COLON" in the banner, so I assume Panama. Very thin paper, wove.

Top right, I haven't seen a reference in what I have. It appears to be a cut-square with writing on the back, also wove, thick paper. Impressed head looking left. Not a lot of detail.

Bottom left is a beautiful laid paper. Very tiny punch, approx 1mm. Spanish Law Stamp, I assume. Specimen?

Bottom right - BOB official? I think Cuba.

All Cuba cutouts from stamp papers.More interesting when one has the entire document IMO.
Many times revenue stamps can also be found in conjonction with these stamp papers.

Vayolene, the only difference I see right away is the word OFICIO on the Cuba and SELLO on the Philippines.

Revenues
I am chasing a differing "Mural Crown", one where the bottom ring of bricks,
does not have windows. Doors.
I am thinking it may be a colony, perhaps Puerto Rico.
(The Pomegranate, on this revenue is quite noticeable)

Both stamps are Isla de Ultramar types ; bottom blue stamp Recibos y Cuentas would be Cuba also
Puerto rico Recibos y Cuentas stamps had no corners;

Marvelous. Thank you Perf12.
That may explain the mural crown as "generic"

I searched for information about these stamps on several philatelic sites.
There are Cuban stamps not issued due to the 1898 American-Spanish war.
But I have an obliterated stamp and I found on: "www.philat.com/FIL/1890-1898/Cuba=King Alfonso XIII Issues 1898-Exceptional covers-1.pdf" the proof that these stamps were used for postal mail.
Do you have additional information about these stamps?

As vayolene points out. Forbin.

Arms of Spain and Bourbon, surrounded by Royal crown in oval.

Philippines, certainly had special postal privileges for revenues stamps,
these are generally by colony degree.
You will need special Cuban Catalogues for that information.
Beyond my wallet at the current time.

Your Pmk may be Type 1.2 (Non expert opinion)
Those types of marks are easily forged / added.

Thank you vayolene and rod222.
I'm just as confused as before.
Different variants for these stamps:
non-issued stamps, revenues stamps or "I have never seen these stamps canceled"
My stamp has an 1.2 (thank you rod222) type cancel that was used in the 1860s and 70s. Was it still used in the 1898s?
Clearer for the use of these stamps are the 2 envelopes from the site mentioned in my previous post:
