Just realised, the postmark probably has P A (Postal Agency) after the Afagha Ikot Ebak. That would account for the final A reading clockwise from Afagha.
Also, to answer another comment, the letters in postmarks were usually set symmetrically, but this type is called a skeleton. Each letter was inserted individually, so the words are not always arranged in a regular way and spelling mistakes, inverted letters etc occur quite frequently.
