Well, if there is a stamp club in your area, you should go a meeting and take your stamps with you for someone to tell you about them. These are very common and not in very good condition, but you can learn something about them from a more experienced collector. Also, public libraries often have Scott catalogs you can browse and begin to get some idea about stamp identification.

Yea I used that and that green Washington only matches 423d so can u please tell me which 1 it is because I've spent hours looking

Have you removed the stamp from the page so you can accurately gauge the perforations? If so, what did you get?

Polite Tip:
You shall need to remove those stamps ASAP to a better situation.
Can you see the Postage Due is leaving an impression on the opposite page?

That paper is very soft and has been mildly damp in the past, your stamps are beginning to show rust spots.

Thank you. I just found them they were mixed in an old junk box of my dads. Im Open for any suggestions on how to store/protect them
