Hey all

I've just found this little gem. It says there are perforations for these stamps using letters. I havent tried the search button yet but thought I'd put it up for all and sundry. I'm sure to come across some strange things (being me)

Scott lists this differently, as listed by the depth and shape of the perf teeth.

Type 1: Depth 1 - 1 1/4 mm
Type 2: Depth 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 mm
Type 3: Depth 2 - 2 1/4 mm
Type 4: Shovel shaped teeth. Depth 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 mm

Yours is not Type 4. Probably closest to Type 3, but please try to measure accurately. Good luck.

Thank you so much Partime, and yes my days of 'Eureka' are well behind me! But I could ask about good calipers. Il purchase some this week and put up some pics of measuring and then perhaps be advised on correcting technique thanks again

In my opinion, calipers are overkill for a measurement like this; a mm ruler will work just fine.

And it look like a Type 3 roulette to me also. Type 2 is a possibility, but they typically look blunter to me. They are definitely too long to be a Type 1 like this:
