Match & Medicine Stamp Designs Used On Argentina Revenues

I saw these in a Guillermo Jalil mail sale and had to bid. They appear to be proof impressions on card. Does anyone know if other M&M stamp designs were used? Does anyone know if these stamps were actually issued, or are these essays?

Dr. Williams Medicine (same design as RS306)

I have never seen these before, and I have been studying match & medicine stamps for about 50 years.

To answer the OP question, yes, there are other M&M card and india proofs, as well as large die proofs.

There are listed in the Scott U.S. Specialized catalog in the proofs section. It also listed trial color proofs.

I've been collecting proofs for decades, and like revcollector stated, I've never seen these either.

I assumed he was talking about other foreign usages rather then the well known proofs and essays created at the time of the taxes.

Yes, I am familiar with proofs and essays of the M&M stamps. My question was specific to the US designs being used on Argentina revenues.

To answer my own questions above, there was an article on these stamps in the April 1984 issue of The American Revenuer. These are proofs of issued stamps. There were a number of private die stamps, but L&K and Dr. Williams appear to be the only private dies that also had US Private Die revenues (there is a W.R. Warner that may be related to H.H. Warner, but it is not illustrated in the article).
