Basic question here. Attached is a scan of the gum side of a duck stamp. How would you characterize the impression shown. Seems to be common to a few of my duck stamps. Would this still be considered MNH? Gum skips, crease? A fault of any kind? Thank you.

Those are gum breaker marks. Have a look at this:
