This is the ideal type of effort that can be resolved as a community collaborative project.

I suspect that the participants in this thread, as well as others who frequent SCF regularly, have at one time or another, subscribed to the paper editions, or downloaded and preserved the digital PDF editions.
There is another thread on SCF, dated in 2013, on this same topic. One member there mentioned having issues from 2012-2013 in PDF form, but I noticed that his last post was 2017, os he may not longer be active in the hobby.
If everyone works together, I'll bet we can locate a full run of these back issues, and find a central location where they can be made available to everyone.
I'll begin with the following offer.
I have two issues of
Stamps, the predecessor publication dated in 1995.
I have perhaps 20 older issues of
USA Philatelic dated between 1996 and 2005. It's not a complete run, but consists of issues that I received, and
saved (in a location I could find them). I may have others.
If a collaborative project get started, and it can pull together a good run of these to start with, I'll make these available for scanning -- and a good home to whoever would agree to scan them and make them available to everyone. If there is interest in such a project, I'll prepare a list of what issues I have and post it here.
I also seem to have a 2014 issue (Vol 19 Q2) in PDF format. Not sure why
I'm not a stamp collector, so this is not a project I wish to "lead", but will support it with what I have.
