Scott 5036 (quilled paper heart) was issued in 2016. Initially it was printed with plate # S11111 (for SSP). Later it was reprinted with plate # B11111 (for BCA). The stamps from the two panes were supposedly identical with only the plate numbers being different. Now fast forward to late 2019. Scott includes a new tagging variety, 5036c, in their 2020 U.S. Specialized Catalogue. The difference … 5036 has overall tagging while 5036c is printed on prephosphored paper. My initial thought was that S11111 was 5036 while B11111 was 5036c. But upon finally perusing the 2020 Scott, I find both plate numbers included under both entries. Is this a typo? Does anyone have any info about 5036 vs 5036c?
