this came in a BOB junk box. And true to form, this doc is junky, but it does have an interesting use of an R10c.

Forgive me but I don't see the 10c revenue. I see two $2 revenues and one 2c quartered and cancelled with an X. That is interesting!

Where is the 10c? Or is R10c the Scott #?

R10c is the 2-cent Express orange, which is the quartered stamp.
