Not sure but do I have one of each color? amber, cream, white? If I do can you identify which one is which?

Hi 51 studebaker I have that reference but this series has a cream that is causing the trouble.

Very hard to determine colors from a scan. Add the last 150 years to what ever happened to it while being mailed, saved, passed between collectors.
All that said, as pure guess, still looking for amber, it's more yellowish than your Pottsville Aug 22 cover. White in center and cream is marked as such on back.

the first one of my 3, looks like oriental buff. but it was not issued in this series.

The first (Pottsville Aug 22) of the three covers above looks toned, it appears to be a different color on the left side than the right side with the indicia. The right side looks white to me.

Yes, telling colors from scans is not a good idea.

Oriental buff is cream in this series. Amber is a pale yellow. White is white. Toning can make proper id a problem.

Here are backs in two different lights. the one in the middle is the issue it seems orange compared to the others.
