I can't find India SG 102 (1891 2 1/2 Annas overprint on the 4 1/2 Annas ) with a Gwalior overprint in Stanley Gibbons British Commonwealth.

The example also appears to have an additional overprint at the top of the stamp.

The Gwalior overprint does not appear to be a standard GWALIOR overprints, it has a small W.

Any ideas as to what this is?

It could be a local Gwalior handstamp (overprint) of very early use.In which case it is rare.Non official Gwalior overprints exist at later dates (KGVI).

Are you able to quote from where this information would reside please?

Not come across Non-official Opts before.
Standard Gwalior overprints, have a plethora of errors,
some of which

Wrong wording on my part. I was refering to the local Alizah Press overprint of 1949.

The Gwalior overprint looks like a fake to me.
