There should be... And I don't think historic convos need to be adjusted into it.

Would be nice, and would probably draw in a lot of people in EFOCC.org who don't have a forum, just via the newsletter.

I would prefer that any EFO section be under General Philatelic Discussions (Non Country Specific).

As with Topicals, there is no advantage to separating US vs ROTW.
