FYI, just received this email from Hugh Wood:

"
Dear Valued Client,
In the upcoming weeks or months prior to your renewal date, you will be receiving a certified letter from the Insurance provider AXA XL. This letter is simply letting you know of the recent merger between AXA ART and XL Specialty Insurance Company which is now operating under the new name AXA XL. In regards to your specific policy, there will be no changes to the coverage and premium offered which will remain in place.

Your renewal documents will be written on a new form with the AXA XL logo and name. Due to this, your expiring policy is considered a non-renewal.

Hugh Wood Inc. will still be the broker servicing your policy. Please rest assured your coverage will not be affected by this internal change.

Thank you,
Hugh Wood Inc."
