Yes, Christmas Seals are considered cinderellas, but Scott's does list them in their U.S. Specialized Catalogue.

The Scott numbers for the 1940 seals are WX100 (Perf. 12x12), WX101 (Perf. 12x13), or WX103 (Perf. 12). The 1941 seals are WX104 (Perf. 12x12) or WX105 (Perf. 12).

My catalogue is very old, so I can't really advise you on the value, but I expect that having full sheets with the accompanying letters will boost the value considerably.
