I've come across a British India stamp with a cancel that begins with the word "QUADRANT." Unable to figure out what the rest of it said so I can know who/what/where it was canceled.
Can anyone help me with this one?
My thanks in advance.

Stumped me.
Possibly a transliteration, something like QADRAGANJ (Uttar Pradesh)

Thanks, Rod, I'll try to pursue that idea.
