I hope all are well. Unfortunately my world is turned upside down with what is happening right now. I was able to enjoy my stamps for a bit today. Any guidance on Scott number and info on this stamp is appreciated. Thank you Nora.

We are all in it together, Nora.
How some Aussies are handling our isolation, hope it brings a smile.

Oh, I love that Rod. My county has been hit pretty hard. :( It was nice to be able to mount some of my stamps this evening between, crazy work, homeschooling and keeping the household going.

:)

Your stamp is from Baden, one of the Old German States. In the Michel catalog it is number 4, may be the same in Scott. It was issued in 1851 in two printings. Yours is the second printing. The 148 in the cancel is the town of Villingen.

Please stay safe take loads of vit c for aiding in preventing a hyper cytokinin immuno response.

and this one 1868 Coat of Arms - Inscription "KR."

later than yours of course and a scoop at $5!

Stay safe mrita and you rod! please wear a mask. aerosol transmission is 3 hours. definitely worth the feeling of hypoxia.
