I need help with identifying the correct # for this stamp. I think it's a Scott's #O14 but the overprint is upside down. It shoud be a "M" not "W".

Good day,
Scott's #O14 is with overprint "OS", the abbreviation of "Official Stamp".

Could this "M" not be from a cancellation print, just like the M in the following picture?

Greetings.

I confirm Eric's opinion,
it is a roller cancel, often used on newspapers and parcels.
Very common.
