Completed my Bulolo Gold Fields collection today . Just received the purple 2 Pound issue . Now I can put it next to a 2 Pound forgery , this forgery can be found being sold on EBAY as the real thing .My copy came free from Kelleher Auctions with a different stamp I purchased . The real stamp is on top .

A nice one for the "forgeries" collection. It looks like it's on white paper? Assume it's a very good LaserJet copy? If so, I think they come out of Taiwan, and the standard is very high. I have a feeling some of them have popped up as forgeries on this forum.

Thanks Tim ,it seems to me all the reference books and websites have research on forgeries and all of it is like 40 years old , none is done on all the recent garbage that is floating around .
