There are several, depending on exactly what type of material one is looking for.

Rupp Brothers. Honesty, integrity, quality material, knowledgeable and just plain nice to deal with. Christopher Rupp to be more precise. Not a dealer to find bargains at but you will get what you paid for.

don't be fooled by the specialty listing. Al is a fair and long term show dealer with both good material reputation and pricing.

If you are seeking high quality material, then I can second the Rupp Brothers recommendation. They do list stamps on eBay, so you can see some of their offerings for yourself.
While I don't think I've ever dealt with him personally, I have heard good things about Stanley Piller (eBay handle stmpdlr). For modern definitives, Scott Hoppis (tbrstamps) comes to mind.

20th Century is rather broad - are you looking for early or later? are you looking for just major number or varieties? are you looking for high quality or more typical?
Jim Bardo has a broad stock.
Stanley P. can be abrasive.

I deal regularly with Rupp Brothers and Ken Srail. Dependable, honest, and great material.

It could be helpful if, in addition to naming individuals, you also included their company name or eBay ID so others can find them easily.

For example:

Ed Reiser - Century-stamps.com and emr47 on eBay
Rupp Brothers - Ruppbrothers.com
Alan E. cohen - alanecohen.com

Thanks.
