Secret Marking On Franklin Stamp

Hi guys. I came across these 2 stamps and I thought they were both #145. Just looking at them, I don't see a secret mark. When I placed them under the scope, I notice that one of them has a light blue line in a pearl. Would that be considered the secret mark? I thank you in advance.
