This appears to be a used PR120 which is worth more than an unused one. Is anyone able to recognize that cancel?

The PF site has an example with the same cancel and called it genuine. PFC 493729

Should be legit. According to Doc Pepper's book The Regulars in his four book series on Newspaper & Periodical stamps, "It seems that certain letters are associated with certain cities...Then there's the mysterious 'H.'"
