Now that personalized stamps have passed into history it is time document how they were used. What examples can you contribute?

This stamp was used on covers flown between Fort Wayne, Indiana and Bloomington, Indiana in the Indiana Air Parade of biplanes.

Interesting! I hope more examples get posted.

I had several ideas for personal stamps that I wanted to have made, but I never got around to it and now I'm out of luck! They would have linked my numismatic and philatelic interests.

In April, my cousin made me a Marvel Avengers face mask, which she mailed to me in this envelope with a personalized Hogwarts stamp that she had bought at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park.

I have another, more interesting cover with a personalized stamp on it, but I'll have to retrieve it from a box of correspondence in my storage unit.

An early (1994) personalized stamp from Canada. Dr. Whitehouse, on the faculty of the University of Michigan, prepared the personalized insert for the Canadian Greetings stamp.

If you Google 'Princess Carlyssa' the first image is my little pumpkin. Ok, she's 16 now but there she is, on her very own stamp just like Queen Victoria.
