Salve a tutti voi del forum.Sono appassionato si filatelia statunitense,da premettere che sono un principiante in materia e scusatemi per eventuali miei errori di valutazioni.Chiedo il vostro parere su questo 3 cent specificatamente sul tipo di carta usata con eccessiva porosita' tanto da deturparne il viso.Secondo il vostro parere che genere di carta veniva usata per questi esemplari?E normale?Vi ringrazio anticipatamente.

It looks to me like it was possibly mounted in a stick down photo type album and the sticky dots on the photo album page migrated partially to the stamp. Just a guess.
