Looking for a CAPTEAO reply coupon issued by Mauritania. These were intended for use like an UPU international reply coupon, but restricted to countries in the "Conférence des administrations des postes et télécommunications des Etats de l'Afrique de l'Ouest" (CAPTEAO). Such coupons were issued by each of the members of this group, but those of Mauritania used a different image than that used by all of the others. So what I am looking for is a coupon like this:
