Great news, he's now knocked the price down to a bargain basement price of "only" $6.99 and "only" 99 cents shipping, however if you live in a state, as I do, where eBay collects state sales tax it will cost you a little more. Still, who could resist this 86% reduction?
Incidentally, this seller doesn't seem to be familiar with German black letter font, since he describes the overprint "Tausend" (German for thousand) as "Saufend", which is roughly how British people affectionately say that's how Cockneys pronounce the name of the East Coast British seaside resort town (beloved of Cockneys) of Southend.
