Looks like we may have a whole new postal history topic to consider in the future. Although it has been done for years mail in balloting will take on a whole new level of importance.

It would be nice to see an improvement in the quality/clarity of post marks from our postal service. Perhaps this issue will provide a need, although, I'm not optimistic.
