does anyone know what cat number this is and cat value it has?

it came in a large lot and I know absolutely nothing on Peru but it caught my eye, so hoping for some help

I think this is Scott 30 with a phony cancellation. The toning on the perf edges does not go with the relatively pristine looking orange paper to which the stamps have been affixed.

My mistake for not looking at your stamp close enough. I think it is Scott 119a, the 1c green with inverted overprint. I still think there is something odd with the perf ends on such a clean sheet of paper. Catalog value in my 2006 Scott was $3.50 as it was in 1994, so not much movement
