I don't usually buy hinged stamps, but in this lot of low value stamps I think it's a Mi # 117PF I variety (damaged top of "1")
I'm right?
Is it a purchase to be made? ($ 5.5 including shipping)

The stamp has finally arrived. It is a plate flaw registered by Michel as PF I (deformation of the top of the "1" overprint)
