This is the 1947 Parliament set, Scott #236-244. You're missing a couple values in the picture. The set runs 1m purple, 3m red orange, 4m yellow green, 10m violet brown, 12m carmine, 20m deep blue, 50m red violet, 100m rose, 200m dark green.
