Help to determine whether this stamp is a Scott 554 or 595 or 660..??

To better understand your ID process and thinking ... how did you go about coming up with the 3 catalog numbers in your original post? What reference are you using?

I am curious. Does the presence of a horizontal guideline preclude this stamp from being 595?
