Help with Harding memorial issue please? I have two Harding's and my analyzer app is giving me perfs 10 on one and 11 on the other. How reliable are these apps?

Thank you for your quick reply! Do you think this is a perf 11? I understand that it is considered rare, so I am hoping for more input from the experts.

You are thinking of 613, the perf 11 rotary press issue.

I see from the information provided by Don that most rotary press stamps measure 22.5mm which it appears the margins measure on this particular stamp. Are there any other ways of identifying a rotary versus flat plate for this particular issue?

Measuring is notoriously unreliable. Flat plate will often have offset ink on the back. The best way is to compare to a known flat plate stamp. Line up the edges. A rotary design will be noticeable stretched.
