I don't know what the official catalog differences are between QR6 and QR6a, but ... in the comparison scan, the image area of the lower stamp is about 1mm wider than the upper stamp.
Since these revenue stamps are from the Small Queen period, there is the possibility that its perforations can gauge in the 11.5 to 12.5 range. If you find anything related to Canada revenue stamps, you should contact ESJ van Dam.
